1.Features and advantages:

Contain Polyolefin which is a addition agent of building asphalt,modified asphalt and can improve impact resistance and toughness of asphalt.

Packing bags could be processed according to thickness and standard dimensions of Contract Requirements.

QD-PLB-3 high capacity packing bag for road asphalt must be used by being mated with external woven plastic bag. For details of external woven bag dimensions, please see appendix.

4.Application

Be applicable to pack road asphalt.

5.Use-method

At first, tighten the bottom of packing bag by woven belt or sealed it by bag heat-sealing machine. Second ,put the packing bag into a woven bag,blow the packing bag to open by compressed air, and stick the packing bag on the woven bag. Third, fasten pocket mouth by supporting bracket and directly pour asphalt into the packing bag. Finally tighten the bag by woven belt after the exhaust more than 80% air.

6.Package

30,100 or 150 pieces per set, and also any quantity according to your requirement.

7.Storage and Transportation

Packing bags should be stored in dark, dry and shady storerooms, piled tidily, and far from heat source more than one meter.The storage time should be less than one year. To avoid machine collision and rain or sun, packing bags should be covered by linen in transportation. External packing should be in good order in carrying process, and prohibit rough handling.

8.Safety and Attentions

When filling asphalt, try your best to stick internal packing bags on the woven bags. Please note that internal packing bags bear temperature and external woven bags load weight.

Before be piled and transferred, Wrapped asphalt packing bag could be natural cooled, and also could be cooled to solidification by water.

Packing bag cannot touch by hard things or sharp things in order to avoid breaking bags while

 load and unload.

9.Appendix

The External Woven Bag of QD-PLB-3

QD-PLB-3 high capacity packing bag for road asphalt must be closely used by external woven plastic bag at the same time. Internal packing bag is used to bear temperature and external woven bags is used to load weight.
